This listing is for the 2017 BIG COIN set with 6 x 5 oz silver coins. Each has the Colville designs that graced the original 1967 centennial coins. The coins are each double-dated on the reverse. The obverse has the Arnold Machin effigy of the Queen that was appropriate for 1967 coins. The 6 coins are each minted in pure silver with selective gold plating and in proof finish with mirror background. The coins are encapsulated and each is set into the six-coin tray that comes out or can be mounted on an angle for display. The gorgeous wooden case is surrounded by an attractive coloured cardboard box. Mintage is limited to only 2,150 and also included are the uniquely numbered certificates of authenticity – one per coin.
